Soccer Player

Here is our little Soccer Star!

They called themselves the "Golden Dragons!"

We loved watching Ezra play soccer. He loved chasing the ball and kicking it any chance he got. He didn't love the fact that there were 9 other guys trying to do the same thing. But he always tried his best. However it was quite entertaining to watch the swarm move from end of the field to the other.

Watching him play reminded me of when I was younger. Dave and I have talked on many occasions about how supportive our parents were. My mom & Dad never missed a Nutcracker dress rehearsal or Volleyball tournament. In fact in High school everyone called my mom & dad the "Team Parents" They were always there and always very LOUD. Dave's Mom & Dad always volunteered to coach. Even when the boys were in the "awkward" stage. You know that no one really wants to be around 12, 13 year old boys. But they never missed a game. We have been so lucky to have them continue their love and support on to our kids. There was always at least one grandparent at every game.

New Set of Wheels

Ezra got this sweet ride for his birthday. He is getting pretty good at riding all by himself.

Our Little Daredevil

Evey loves doing big kid things. She is always trying to do everything that Ezra does. This slide is nothing compared to what she has been doing. This was just the beginning. Today I to took the kids to the park and she had climbed up on the big toy to an edge that was at least 7 feet high. She calmly sits and dangles her feet over the edge and started calling for me to come see. Seriously!?!?! She loves the thrill and well being a "big" kid. I've got to keep my eye on her at ALL times. Love this little daredevil.
